 HOWDY YALLL!!! I majorly procrastinated writing this email but here's my week in a nutshell

Monday: DEADLIFTING! For pday we went to one of the members houses and we deadlifted, holy cow I'm sore lol. 

Tuesday: THE GRIND NEVER STOPS! For some reason me and sister tayco felt so sick on Tuesday): we think we might have eaten something funky lol. We took a Lil nap and then decided we didn't want to be inside anymore so we went back at it😂 I have mad respect for all covid missionaries...

Wednesday: BIBLE STUDY W/ THE SOLDIERS! It was so fun I love the soldiers so much they are so cool! 

Thursday: 

We had some fire lessons, we did lots of planning. We also got to go volunteer at the senior center and it was so fun! Old people are hilarious 😂 

Friday: 

We met with a media refferal that we got, she was so cute! We had a bomb lesson with her! But at one point in the lesson she got up and was like I gotta  go check on my dog she's having babies... sure enough this woman's dog was having babies right under her bed 😂💀

Saturday: LIFTING BOULDERS 💪🪨 some members told us they needed help gardening and we were like bet we'd love to. We get there and there's tons of HEAVY boulders that they needed moved up a hill... let's just say I'm between that and Monday I'm so sore lol. 

Sunday: member referrals are the best ever!!! One of our members has a friend who they have been working on getting to church for 50+ years and they finally caved and came to church on sunday. They said that they want to join the church so we're meeting with him on Saturday!! Crazy never stop throwing the seed folks ya never know what will come out of it.

I've been studying charity a lot this week and something I've learned is that it's an action word. When we have charity we strive to see others from Christ's point of view. We don't compare, we love everyone no matter what.  I feel like a big part of having charity that sometimes slips my mind is that when we have charity we aren't being prideful we recognize that we are all in the same boat. One of my favorite byu speeches is called wrestling with comparisons , here's a bomb quote from it  :" God doesn’t measure our talents or our looks; He doesn’t measure our professions or our possessions. He cheers on every runner, calling out that the race is against sin, not against each other."
